With his encyclopedic knowledge of current visual arts practice Arning is a much sought after teacher and visiting scholar for art makers, theoreticians, art historians and curators and has taught and lectured at schools from hight school to Phd level. Recent visits have included Cal Arts in Valencia California, Yale University Photography and Houston’s High School fir Visual and Performing Arts.
